Also one of our specialties is to represent immigration detainees who are in different detention centers in the country, it is our goal to do everything the law requires to recover their freedom to obtain bail and in turn lead towards a definitive legal status in the United States.

President Barack Obama on Wednesday in Miami participated in a forum at Florida International University (FIU, its acronym in English) where he defended his immigration policy, including executive action it announced last November 20.
The measure covers the deportation to between 4.5 and 5 million undocuments immigrants .: 20 questions about the judge's ruling Hanen insisted that Obama has the legal power to act and repair the broken immigration system, he said, is broken, and He insisted that the benefit announced late last year is a temporary measure, and stressed that the permanent solution to the problem of 11 million undocumented immigrants passing through the approval in Congress for immigration reform.
Elsewhere in his speech, the president insisted that his administration is prioritizing deportation to those undocumented who have criminal records, but who have not committed crimes should not "be afraid" of being expelled from the United States.
