Welcome to our website, our offices are located in the city of Miami, Florida. We are privileged to represent the Hispanic community in South Florida in cases such as deportation, asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, pardons, investor visas, religious, exceptional athletes and everything related to the branch of immigration .
Also one of our specialties is to represent immigration detainees who are in different detention centers in the country, it is our goal to do everything the law requires to recover their freedom to obtain bail and in turn lead towards a definitive legal status in the United States.
We have represented immigrants in the process of appeals to the Immigration Service, as well as the Board of Immigration Appeals or better known as BIA, in the same way the Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit US.
Our commitment to the Hispanic community also allows us to provide representation in proceedings to obtain legal status through a permanent residency through family petitioning, applications of all kinds, including work visas, investment visas, religious visas, humanitarian, labor certifications among others.
